Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, factory-sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Note on Collectibles: Any sealed products (booster packs, boxes, etc.) that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable.

Shipping Liability & Costs If your return request is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The items remain your responsibility and at your risk until they are physically received and signed for by our store. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Tear Collect Go cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Any loss occurring before the product is successfully delivered into our possession will result in the return being voided.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For faulty or damaged goods, we will cover the return costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. This includes a refund of our standard delivery charge if the full order is returned.
