Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Shipping Days: Wednesday through Sunday.

• Closed Days: We do not process or ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, or UK Bank Holidays.

• Note: During high-volume periods (such as new Pokémon or Sports card set releases), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your items and will be displayed at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail and DPD for all UK deliveries.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tear Collect Go is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Issues

Tear Collect Go takes great care in packaging your collectibles. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at [Your Email Address] immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and goods so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. We are working hard to expand our shipping services to international territories shortly.
